What to expect at your appointment

Your visit is relaxed and personal:

1. Browse together. Explore our 14k gold-filled and sterling silver chains, plus our charm wall and connectors.
2. Get fitted. We size each bracelet to your wrist so it sits comfortably, not too tight and not too loose.
3. Seal it with a spark. We weld the chain closed. It's quick, painless, and sealed with a little spark.
4. Leave with care tips. Before you go, we'll share how to keep your pieces shining.

Most visits take about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how many people are in your group and how long you spend choosing. We never rush you.

Tips for booking as a pair or group

• Book one appointment for everyone. Let us know how many people are coming so we can save enough time. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead is the best way to keep your group together.
