Will I receive a confirmation once my order ships?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided with each order to keep you updated on your shipment’s journey.

What are your shipping times?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.

Is shipping free?

We offer free domestic shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and for international orders, shipping is free on purchases over $250.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If an order is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received, please contact USPS to help locate it. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages after they leave our studio.


Returns questions

Returns
  • We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, simply contact us at hello@nadorasky.com. 
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping cost  is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order for the item you desire.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
